Regular Maintenance Of Elevator Climber: Achieving "deep Performance Guarantee" On A Periodic Basis
Daily inspections cannot replace regular deep maintenance. Monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans should be developed based on the frequency and scenario of elevator usage. The core contents include:

-Cleaning and lubrication (monthly): Use specialized cleaning agents to remove oil and dust from the guide wheel, wire rope, and bracket to avoid impurities that may cause increased wear and tear; Add specialized lubricating oil to the moving parts of the guide wheel bearings and adjustment modules to ensure smooth operation. Please note that guide wheels made of different materials should be matched with corresponding lubricating oil - nylon guide wheels should use neutral lubricating oil to avoid corrosion.

-Component calibration and testing (quarterly): Use professional instruments to calibrate the sensors of the monitoring module to ensure the measurement accuracy of tension, displacement, and other data; Adjust the pressure parameters of the adaptive adjustment module to match the current state of the steel wire rope in the elevator; Check the sensitivity of the emergency clamping mechanism, simulate a broken rope scenario, and test whether the locking response time is ≤ 0.3s to ensure the reliability of the emergency function.

-Component replacement and system upgrade (annual): Conduct a comprehensive inspection of consumable components such as guide wheels and sensors. If the wear of the guide wheels exceeds 10% of the original diameter and the deviation of sensor data exceeds 5%, immediate replacement is required; At the same time, check the circuit connections and data transmission system of the cable climbers. For the cable climbers of old elevators, consider upgrading the intelligent monitoring module to improve the level of safety assurance.
